I hereby confirm that I am the creator of the video and photo materials and/or the owner of the exclusive rights to the video and photo materials and any fragments thereof and the protected intellectual property contained therein (hereinafter referred to as the Materials) provided by me.
I authorize the use of the Materials for the creation of video, photo, and audiovisual works (including their publication and further use in whole or in part), including those specified under Art. 1270 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, for the duration of the exclusive right, without compensation or remuneration, in all countries of the world at my discretion.
In the case that the aforementioned materials are considered intellectual property, I guarantee that:
- I have the exclusive right to the Materials in their entirety and have not transferred this exclusive right to any third party and/or have not encumbered these rights in any way;
- The Materials do not infringe any third party's legal rights, including, but not limited to, proprietary rights, intellectual rights, personal, civil, contractual, and other rights under any agreements, laws, regulations and other acts, judicial decisions, and other grounds, and do not damage the honor, dignity and/or business reputation of third parties and do not contain any illegal and/or prohibited for publication materials, permissions from all the individuals whose images are used in the Materials are granted for such purpose.
I accept liability for the content of the Materials. Therefore I agree that in the event of any demands, claims, and/or lawsuits from third parties disputing possession of exclusive and/or other rights to the Materials or arising in connection with its usage, to settle such claims, disputes and/or lawsuits by myself and at my own expense.
